GII is seeking a National SCSEP Coach and Compliance Monitor. This position will support the successful implementation of the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) through monitoring, training and coaching of sub-recipients across the Goodwill network. Core responsibilities will include ensuring sub-recipient compliance via program monitoring, based on the SCSEP national grant performance goals for the local Goodwill organizations operating the grant, providing continuous monitoring and coaching of sub-recipients of the national federal grant administered by GII, completing monthly trend analysis and diagnostics, completing occasional report preparation, and providing training and technical assistance on program operations and systems for local Goodwill organizations.
