Goodwill Industries International Inc. (GII) is seeking a Youth and Young Adult Services Program Specialist to join our Member Advancement Team. The function of this role is to equip local Goodwill® leaders to implement the Goodwill Opportunity Accelerator* with youth and young adults and support and assess local Goodwill organizations’ progress to plan and provide technical assistance to equip them to implement, adopt and advance the Opportunity Accelerator.      Goodwill is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization comprised of a network of autonomous, social enterprises with a presence in several countries selling donated goods to create job opportunities and training in local communities. Goodwill Industries International, Inc. (GII) serves as the national office in support of the Goodwill mission and local Goodwill organizations. Local Goodwill organizations sell material donations to fuel a social enterprise and retail footprint that provides job training and important job placement opportunities to help people find jobs, earn paychecks and build their skills. More than 87 percent of Goodwill’s collective revenue is channeled into education and career services as well as other critical community-based programs.
